Sump Pump Alarm May 16, 2018
Reviewer: Anthony L DePaola from Scranton, PA United States
Ideal water  level alarm at our church with low tech personnel.  First responder can assess problem and get it corrected without much training.  Posted legend to interpret LEDs.  Why the instruction book has white letters on black field is puzzling.  That makes printing and copying difficult.  Also, Quick Start Guide does not mention how to get out of Configure Mode into Arm mode.

2nd Gen alarm is great a lot of different options March 28, 2018
Reviewer: TK Jenkins from Mason, MI United States
As a plumber I have installed many of the first Gen alarms and have been very happy with them because they come with a float switch. But when order the 2nd Gen alarm the order experience was less then helpful and not  informative. Did not know that they didn’t come with a switch,so when I went to install I couldn’t. Wish there was switch options when checking out.
